## What to ask to verify timeline and cleanup in writing

Because published pages do not define "done in a day" or "without the mess," use these questions to make any proposal comparable:

- How many exterior doors are included, and are sidelights, transoms, or storm doors included?
- Will installation be full-frame replacement or fitting within the existing frame, and does that change the schedule?
- What start time and completion target apply to this specific house?
- Who performs the work — company employees or subcontractors?
- What protection and daily cleanup are included in the written scope?
- Which product series and warranty apply — for example, Pella doors installed by a Pella Platinum Premier contractor?
